Returns/Refund Policy
We will give full refund if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Please return the goods in perfect condition in the original packaging within 14 days UK or 21 days Overseas. Just remember to insure the parcel and keep the insurance certificate safe.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled by Phone or E-mail before despatch after which the Returns Policy applies.

Delivery Policy
Orders are despatched by First Class post within 48 hours of receiving payment unless otherwise notified to the purchaser.

Privacy Policy
Red'n'Ritten Ltd. make your privacy a priority.
We do not have access to your Credit/Debit card details when you use the Checkout on this site.
If you are purchasing in person by telephone your Credit/Debit card details will be destroyed immediately after the transaction.
We never pass personal information onto other organisations.
